- What is the minimum age to rent a vehicle?
- 21+ to rent a Car, 18+ to rent a vehicle
- Do I have to pay extra for additional drivers?
- No, but they must be stated in the contract
- Do I need a Credit Card to rent a vehicle?
- No, you don't have to have a Credit Card, you may pay in Cash but we accept most major Credit Cards as well
- Can I arrange to rent my vehicle in the Airport or the Port?
- Yes, we can arrange to deliver and pickup anywhere in the island under agreement with our office
- When is your office open?
- Our office hours are 8.00am to 23.00 everyday but our support is 24 hours a day
- How far is your office from Kamari Village and from Fira the capital of Santorini?
- Our office is on the main road of Kamari 300m before the beach and Kamari is 8 klm away from Fira, 10 minutes drive or 15 minutes on a bus
- Do you have Full Insurance for your vehicles?
- Yes, all of our vehicles have Full Insurance. Cars have a liability of 400 Euros which is the maximum amount that a customer can pay in case of a damage where the rest is covered by the insurance. Motos have a 100% Full Insurance with NO Liability. Third Party Insurance is always included as well for any vehicle
- Do I need an International driving licence?
- International driving licence is ONLY needed for countries outside the European Union
- Who has to pay the traffic fine?
- Traffic fines are exclusively paid by the driver
- Are taxes included in the price?
- Yes, taxes of 13% are included in the prices
- Do I have to return my vehicle full of gasoline?
- No, you must bring as much gasoline as much there was when you picked up the vehicle
